Cause of the emergency appeal:

Please Help people who are suffering due to unprecedented flooding in eastern Libya. Over 10,000 people have died, and another 10,000 more are still missing. The death toll keeps raising. The eastern cities of Benghazi, Sousse, Derna and Al-Marj have been affected. Entire neighbourhoods are thought to have been swept away.
